4. Payment Terms
Pricing: Prices vary by location (UK: £4.99, Others: $6.99). All prices are in the local currency.
Payment: Payment is required in advance. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
Refunds: Refunds are available if:
- The call fails due to technical issues on our end
- You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled call time
- You contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled call if it was not received

5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That calls will be answered
- That phone networks will deliver calls successfully
We are not responsible for missed calls due to:
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Phone being turned off or out of service
- Call blocking or spam filters
- Network issues beyond our control
6. Content and AI-Generated Messages
Messages are generated using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness:
- We cannot guarantee message content will be perfect
- Messages are based on information you provide
- We reserve the right to review and moderate content
- Inappropriate or harmful content will be rejected
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to:
- Website design and functionality
- Audio files and voice recordings
- AI-generated messages
- Trademarks and logos
are the property of Call from Claus or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Call from Claus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
- We are not responsible for any disappointment or emotional distress
